IT Helpdesk - 1st/2nd line support based South Manchester - One of the North West's most progressive and innovative IT solution providers is expanding and seeking to recruit an outgoing and ambitious IT Service Desk Analyst to join an established team.


12 months+ commercial experience of providing 1st line remote support to clients

- Active Directory (setting up users, deletions etc)
- Email - Outlook, some Exchange (user admin)
- MS Office or Office 365
- General Desktop, Windows 7, 8, 10 etc
- PCs, Laptops, Printers etc
- Any experience of servers, networking, Citrix, Sharepoint etc would be of advantage.

A team player with previous 1st line helpdesk support experience you will possess excellent fault finding skills, be well organised with an ability to communicate with clients, gather information and prioritise.


Your role as IT Support Analyst will involve providing 1st & 2nd line remote support to a wide client base. This will involve triaging a variety of infrastructure support requests via remote technology, identifying problems, troubleshooting and escalating where appropriate.
