Live Innovation are looking for talented advisors to add to our dedicated team of events & promotions assistants. Whether you’ve just graduated high school or you’re looking for a career change, if you’re a ‘people person’ this could be the perfect opportunity for you, with no previous experience required.

Please note this is a trainee position, we are interested in people from all experience and backgrounds. We are more interested in finding the right person rather than the right cv.

About the Role

    Engaging with customers face to face in a retail setting such as live events and promotions setsTaking customer ordersWorking as part of a retail team to ensure the store runs smoothlyWorking with stockKeeping the kiosk or event stand clean, tidy and presentableSelling and upselling productsLiaising with management and clients to discuss new products and marketing strategiesEnsuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all timesEnsuring that the needs of customers are metHandling complaints

We aren't looking for any specific skill set or degree just someone who always strives to do their best, who is ready to grow with a company and a warm friendly manner would be an advantage. We provide full training and guidance so don't worry if you have little experience we will take the time to train the right person.

Experience in the following areas would be an advantage but not necessary. Sales, customer service, retail, events management, hospitality, sales advisor, training.

Please note that we are looking for people to start ASAP, but consideration will be given with those with a notice period. Applicants must be 18 years old or over, a driving licence is not required. Management will review candidates and those selected for an interview will be contacted. We may require multiple interviews before making a final decision, including spending a full day interview with a member of the company as this is still an evaluation no claims on compensation are allowed, this also applies to travel for the day.
