At Vertu Motors fantastic Dealership Support Centre based in Team Valley, Gateshead, we are looking for experienced New Car Internet Sales Manager with motor retail experience to come and join our fantastic Internet Sales Team! We are a thriving, successful and exciting company with an enviable track record of success and growth. We are in a fortunate position of being able to be very selective about whom we employ and our Sales Manager role is one of the most critical roles in our Internet Sales Team.

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage a controlled internet sales process through a team of Internet Sales Executives and Business Managers, through regular coaching, robust management. To serve and support Sales Executives sell new vehicles, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.

You will support the Sales team to meet, greet and qualify all online Vertu Motors customers via telephone and deliver qualified customer referrals to dealerships. Assist customers with inbound telephone, e-mail or live chat requests whilst utilising the company sales process to ensure maximum profitability. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus it to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. You will be expected to drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction whilst motivating, coaching and managing the whole team. You will be able to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
