HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service (NRS) is looking for an HR Project Manager - HR system implementation 1.5 year fixed term contract paying up to 80k - Based Birmingham

Experience

- Professional services experience gained in an international firm
- HR business transformation and systems implementation programmes/projects
- Experience in procurement process, selection and engagement of third-party providers and ongoing management of third-party implementation partner and software provider
- Strong programme and project management skills
- Previous experience working with a head of pmo, IT and HR implementing a new system and decommissioning an old one

Our client has a prestigious office in Birmingham and is a leading service provider. You will have a background of HR systems implementation and HR project management with the ability to work autonomously.

This role will be responsible for managing the implementation of a programme of work to implement a new company wide HR system that will support key HR functions and processes including on boarding, recruitment, staff training, employee development, performance management, employee rewards and benefits provision. As HR Systems Project Manager you will be responsible to make sure that all of the major systems integrations e.g. payroll are implemented successful to ensure a smooth transition of systems with IT and HR teams

You will report to the Head of PMO so it is important that you have previously worked closely with the IT and HR teams within a corporate business and successfully managed a transition of new system into business and ensured that previous systems and processes have been decommissioned.

You will be a knowledgeable, capable and enthusiastic leader with an excellent understanding of HR business processes.

You will have experience of leading HR transformation and managing HR systems implementations in an international professional services environment - our client has said that this is essential.

You will have an excellent comprehension of change requirements at an enterprise level and experience of implementing complex business and systems change working across multiple teams and geographies. You will be working alongside the PMO Manager, IT team as well as the HR teams and procurement,
