IQED, part of the Brightside Group of companies, is a successful medical reporting business, widely regarded as experts in their field and partner with some of the worlds' leading insurers.

We are seeking an inspirational team leader with strong people skills and the ability to improve business performance. Previous experience of leading a team is essential, any experience of working within the medical, legal or financial services industries desirable.

IQED is placed in a unique position to understand the operational challenges of processing personal injury claims and medical screening support through working closely with Personal Injury specialists and Insurers since the inauguration of the company in 2006.

Key Responsibilities:

- To effectively oversee the workflow to meet agreed financial targets, SLA and priorities on a daily basis.
- To give feedback and coach staff against their audit results.
- To audit the management information system; Trackpad and ensure case files are stored accurately and in line with the Data Protection Policy.
- To review management information (MI) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and to use the MI to ensure accurate reporting in order to best to run the team.
- Oversee the audit process within the team and amend the audit criteria when necessary.
- To undertake monthly one to ones with all case handlers and hold regular team meetings.
- To identify efficiencies within the team and implement them, driving forward changes in response to strategic requirements and industry influences.
- To manage, motivate and develop a team of case handlers and ensure that they embed IQED's policies and procedures.

Person Specification:

- Experience of people management and leading a team to achieve set targets.

- It is important that you are proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to analyse and covert large volumes of data into trend and recommendation reporting.

- It would be an advantage for you to have a working knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, workforce management tools and how to interpret TCF principals into business as usual processes.

- You will have demonstrable examples of how you can confidently show the following behaviours: team building, coaching, coordinating and leadership.
