A Customer Development Specialist is required to deliver excellent customer service to clients. This is a head setted target environment where you will be expected to make around 40 outbound calls a day as well as take inbound calls. You will manage your own database and will be expected to call each of your clients on a monthly basis. This would suit a candidate from a customer services background, or from a face to face customer service role.

Main duties to include

- Maintain and grow territories you are responsible for
- Actively promote products and services as well as maintain service levels
- Identify business opportunities and convert into sales
- Take an active part in departmental meetings

Essential skills

- Proven telephone based Customer Service background
- Proven excellent database Management Skills
- Ability to manage high volume of calls
- Excellent communication, oral and written skills
- Experience of marketing campaigns
- Ability to work under pressure
- Possess a 'can do' attitude
