If the answer is 'yes' to the above; then we have a hugely exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Consultant with leadership and HR Systems expertise including Workday HCM Certification to join a leading Workday Partner, system advisory, implementation and wider Professional Services organisation - your potential is key and the customer seeks those ready to achieve rapid promotion.

As a Senior Manager; your role will be a varied and challenging mixof business development, sales origination and client delivery.

What's needed?

- Strong functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, and talent management and business enterprise applications, Workday certification, a detailed knowledge of how HR services are delivered at a process level.
- Programme & Project Management qualifications are desirable together with proven IT experience to be able to demonstrate prior capability and client empathy.
- Delivery experience of Workday HCM (and other HR focused SaaS technology transformations, preferably with direct experience of Workday HCM system design, build and deployment.
- Configuration expertise and/or project manager of Workday or other enterprise software deployments (or equivalent)
- Delivering £2m+ projects, either to in-house or external customers, across an end-to-end project lifecycle whilst managing cross-functional teams of more than 5 people
- Working with senior level client stakeholders, handling difficult conversations and resolving issues
- Coordinating multi-faceted activities and deadlines, anticipating challenges, difficulties and pressure point

In addition to Workday / enterprise software experience, your should have strong knowledge & experience in at least 2 of the following technology areas / capabilities: Mobile & digital solutions, Cloud Computing, Application Development & Maintenance, IT sourcing including systems selection & vendor due diligence, IT strategy & governance, IT Service management & improvement, Portfolio and Programme Management in a ERP / SaaS Technology context.

Mobility and travel to customer sites both in the UK and in Europe can be part of this type of work. This may mean being away from home during the working week at least three or four days per week.

Birmingham is an ideal central location to be able to regard as 'base' in the UK however other regional cities or towns (away from London) will be considered nationwide; so this a great opportunity to gain a greater quality of life and reduce time and cost spent commuting.
