The Company

This vibrant agency specialises in using strategically brilliant, and creatively inspired, digital communications to deliver great ROI for their wide variety of clients. They are a small (17 and growing!) agency, and offer a genuinely autonomous and fun environment, where the right people will really grow and thrive.

Based in their modern and funky offices, easily commutable from Redditch, Alcester and Birmingham, this role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital content.

The Role

This Digital Content Executive role is an incredible opportunity for someone looking to really make a name for themselves as an expert in their area. Working with the Digital Account Director, this highly varied role, which focuses on digital content will be fast paced and exciting.

The key focus of the role will be devising and managing client social and content strategies, as well as managing other digital marketing and development projects, so an overall understanding of the digital landscape will be vital.

You will work closely with designers, developers and the ops team to help drive traffic to clients' sites, and increase conversion and increase sales where applicable, so a level of commercial acumen will be important.

You'll get involved with:

  • The development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns
  • Crafting compelling copy for digital marketing channels including social media, websites, email, paid search, display ads and content marketing
  • Using web analytics to monitor and proactively improve marketing campaigns
  • Work with developers on existing web projects to maintain user friendly functionality

About You

This is a really varied, fun and creative digital role, so you'll need to be organised, self-motivated and keen to stay up to date with the latest emerging trends in digital, specifically in social media and SEO. We're ideally looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience within an agency environment. However, if you've got a little less than this, or you've been in an in-house role but love digital content and you're ready to take on something exciting, then we'd also love to hear from you!

If you're a keen blogger, spend your time on social media for fun, and you're looking to pursue a career in a creative digital environment, then this could be the role for you.
