Due to continued expansion, a brilliant opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Manager / Team Leader to join our client, an innovative technology business.

As the IT Support Manager / Team Leader, you'll provide technical support and assistance to customers across South Wales, both remotely and occasionally on-site.

In this diverse role, you will provide support to SMEs, ranging in size from two to 100 employees.

Managing your team, you'll motivate and inspire employees to perform tasks to the best of their ability and provide guidance when required. You will act as a point of escalation for your team and escalate issues further if you are unable to resolve technical problems.

You'll also ensure that backup and update processes are effectively monitored and maintained.

Interested? To be considered, you'll need a full driving licence and access to your own transport. Experience of the following is also essential:

- Managing and/or leading small teams of IT support professionals
- Working in or supporting SME business environments
- Supporting Microsoft platforms, including Windows Server networks
- Supporting networks, including TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches and wireless
- Office 365 and other cloud technologies

Friendly and personable, as the IT Support Manager / Team Leader, you'll have great communication skills and a professional telephone manner. You'll also be a confident decision maker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
