We are seeking an Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling to and through the House Builders channel, large Building Contractors and Utilities. We are an expanding market leading manufacturer & supplier of high quality enclosures to the trade.

BASIC: £35,000 - £45,000

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 10% OTE (both Quarterly + Annual) but uncapped + Car + Pension 3%/3% + 20 days holiday + laptop + phone

Location: Home based (ideally along M1 / M4 corridors) covering the South of the UK from Birmingham down.

JOB PROFILE: Area Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager

Home based and reporting to the Head of Sales, as the Area Sales Manager / Territory Manager you will have previous experience of selling to and through the House Building Channel, including direct to Trade, large Building Contractors, Merchant Buyer Groups and Utilities. The role will be split 75% new Business / 25% Account Management.

In particular you will be positioning high volume, low value propositions to a variety of senior level stakeholders.

You MUST have a proven sales track record in the House Building channel.

You will also:

- Possess high energy, be passionate and self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Be a commercially shrewd professional who builds credibility with clients quickly.
- Be highly effective at territory planning and managing your time.
- Be a proven self-starter; possess superior prospecting and closing abilities.
- Have the ability to regularly exceed individual sales targets
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Potentially have experience of RFI and Tender applications / completions.

Ideally you will be located on either the M1 / M4 corridors, able to cover the South of the UK
