Due to recent growth we have an exciting new opportunity to join a fast growth business in their Field sales team.

The purpose of the role is to manage an area of business and meet with potential customers to discuss business and convert to new clients.

There is a team based in Head Office who will offer support through making appointments for this role and booking them into the BDE's diary.

We are looking for an articulate, hungry individual with ideally 12 months business to business sales experience and in addition you must be:

Capable of selling a complex solution sale

Able to relationship build

Capable of building a quick rapport on a business level with entrepreneurial individuals to close deals in one or two meetings

Negotiation skills

Ability to create value in the solution and NOT sell on price

Communication skills of a high level in both verbal and written

High work ethic.

In return the company offers a good basic salary, plus commission, private health care, pension and 23 days annual leave.

It is essential that you have your own vehicle and business insurance and mileage is claimed back at 45p per mile.

Full product training will be provided.
