Business Development Executive based in Manchester working for a FTSE 250 business with fantastic training and career development opportunities.

As a Business Development Executive you will enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same. Your key responsibilities ill include:

Developing commercial business via telephone and meetings with clients, helping to establish new contacts and learn of business changes

Documenting client details and vacancy requirements in a brief

Clarification and negotiation of salary, benefits and fees, relating to processes

Advertising posts via a wide range of media (e.g. online, newspapers, magazines)

Reviewing applications, managing interview process and candidate shortlists

Management of candidates once placed and collection of feedback from employers on the performance of candidates


In order to be considered you will have previous experience in either a sales role or within recruitment. You will be used to wrking in a target driven environment and will have a track record of meeting and exceeding you targets. Excellent communication skills are a must along with tenacity and strong commercial awareness.
