No2 Quantity Surveyor


Client is looking for a no2 Quantity Surveyor to work on a £85mil new build residential project based in Central London. Project is consisting of 3 blocks of 190 high end residential and commercial units over 10 stories.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for good progression to further there career to run there own projects in the future.

Client has very strong portfolio and pipeline of projects valued over £50mil in build value.

Requirements

  • 3 - 6 years experience working within a QS position in the UK
  • An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry
  • Strong references
  • Computer literate
  • Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid commercial acumen
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
