I have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a very successful business that spans across a range of sectors that are based in Chester Le Street.
This company have been established for over 20 years and are looking to add to their current Accounts Department due to a period of growth.
The role is based initially around day to day duties but there is potential for payroll involvement.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Collation of weekly timesheets
Monitoring all holiday and absence
Use of Sage Payroll
Processing SSP and SMP
Communicate with sites to update an input new employee data
Analysis of payroll costs
Reconciling of credit card payments
Posting of journals, expenses and petty cash
Skills and attributes:
Experience in Sage Line 50
Good communication Skills - both verbal and written
High level of accuracy when working to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel
One years experience in an Accounting role
