An exciting opportunity has arisen within a dynamic and growing business for a field based Business Development Manager with experience in Contract Packaging. This is a full time, permanent opportunity, offering a basic salary of up to £32,000 with an uncapped commission structure, millage paid for and a car allowance. The company is located within Herefordshire but they are looking for someone who resides in the West Midlands or surrounding areas to support their growth within these regions.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

- Reporting to the Directors
- Support the company is sourcing and securing new business
- Cold calling, lead generation and converting business leads
- To territory plan to maximise time spent in front of clients
- To send quotes to customers and provide follow-ups in an efficient manner
- To work to strict deadlines and meet sales targets
- To build to the cloud based CRM system and develop a healthy pipeline
- Provide exceptional customer service and tailor your solutions to meet the clients' needs
