Lloyd Recruitment Services, East Grinstead has a fantastic job opportunity for a professional and experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager to join a very well established company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. This is a great job opportunity for a Marketing Manager who has proven, extensive customer acquisition skills and experience.

The main purpose of the Acquisition Marketing Manager job role is to develop and implement the integrated acquisitions marketing programme and product marketing execution programme to target and budget as well as develop marketing campaigns and activities that deliver a unified marketing roadmap.

Other duties and responsibilities will include:

- Develop customer acquisition Marketing plans in order to retain and increase customer base
- Develop and drive the acquisitions marketing plan and longer term plans in line with the strategy:
- Manage the delivery of the online and offline advertising programme working with the Digital Manager to ensure there is synergy with the other products and department objectives. (90% digital and 10% offline).
- Ensure channel usage reflects the company's channel strategy
- Utilise all relevant communication channels in an effective manner
- Plans to be delivered within budget
- Track, monitor and assess performance of all marketing activities to generate new members regularly feeding back on performance
- Perform detailed and on-going competitor and market analysis
- Define and segment the market based on customer and market insights
- Strong digital acquisition/performance marketing skills (Paid Search, Email Marketing, SEO, etc.) plus strong offline marketing skills (Inserts, leaflets, direct marketing etc.)
- Manage the handover of leads with sales and seek to maximize the conversion rates
- Work with the Marketing Performance team to automate campaigns where appropriate
- Work closely with colleagues in other teams to align plans, messaging and ensure we provide a consistent customer experience

Experience and skills required for the role:

- Proven experience working in a similar role - solid marketing background is essential for this job as well as proven customer acquisition experience
- Experience of delivering innovative digital marketing campaigns across a range of media channels including PPC, SEO, digital display and social media
- Digital Marketing experience and proficiency in the most popular channels and tools is required
- Strong relationship and influencing skills within a matrix environment
- Proven strong analytical skills, based on sound understanding of customer and industry insight
- P&L literate
- Must be a creative self-starter
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
