A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to join this amazing Restaurant which celebrates the best of Modern European food.
The Restaurant is proud to serve great food, simply presented and packed with flavour. It’s a busy restaurant serving everything from breakfast through to full evening time service.
As the Head Chef you will oversee the general running of the kitchen and will have a massive amount of autonomy when it comes to menu creation, supplier choice and recruitment. You will need to have creative flair and create menus that celebrate the seasons of fresh produce. You will oversee the day to day preparation and planning of the kitchen and brigade for service, this is a role for a hands on Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will from a similar venue or a quality all day dining restaurant that delivers high volume whilst maintaining high standards.
Essential skills required are management skills, menu development, costings and all paper work associated with running a professional kitchen. You will be a good motivator and a great leader passing on skills and knowledge to junior members of the brigade.
