£19,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)
My client, based in Sheffield, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and commited individual to work as a deputy manager based at one of their supported living service supporting young people aged 16-25.
Within this supported living service they support young adults from the age of 16 who may be moving on from residential care and/or may have experienced issues such as substance misuse and exploitation.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce / Residential Childcare
- Experience working in a childrens residential setting or supported living environment
- The ability to motivate others
- Commited to supporting young people that may show signs of emotional and behavioural problems
In return, the client offers £19,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience) with access to company pension. A comprehensive induction with access to ongoing, extensive paid training and many more!
