Our client has a well-earned reputation for encouraging excellence within the Learning and Development team. This role is pivotal to ensuring that employees and volunteers have access to world-class learning and development opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Learning and Development professional who likes to get involved in the whole L&D life-cycle; from training needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation. There are, of course, administrative duties, however, this vital role offers the right candidate a varied and stretching position, where your personal development is just as important as those you provide for.
The team you are joining encourages creativity, autonomy and will suit those who enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a history of designing and delivering training in a business setting and have a reputation for getting things done. Naturally, you will be passionate about learning, development, coaching and mentoring. Excellent organisation skills are a must and you will be pro-active in your approach - willing to take the initiative to shape key development projects. Experience of the care sector is not essential; we are looking for someone who is keen to learn new skills, is a great team player, professional in their approach and has excellent communication skills willing to take the initiative on key projects.
A full clean driving licence is essential and there is some travel with pre-planned overnight stays.
