About the role :

This is a Senior role which is fundamental to the success of the overall Partner strategy.

They are seeking a senior contributor capable of leading a team along with transient & disparate teams of relevant Subject Matter Experts in order to position the Company’s proposition in the best possible context.

This includes leading complex opportunities that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance & advice in all aspects of the opportunity to ensure delivery of a proposition that has the optimum ‘customer fit’.

A key element of the role will be to ensure that the company are bidding on deals where they have a clear, qualified & articulate strategy to win the opportunity & thus improve win ratios for such complex propositions.

Capable of identifying potential problems how it might be perceived by the customer.

Expediently works with internal stakeholders to significantly improve, change & adapts existing propositions to provide greater customer relevancy.

What they need from you:

To be able to lead the:

  • evaluation, qualification and management of regionally based Systems Integrators to drive and accelerate revenue
  • development of the SI relationship for a sell to/through model to achieve $ACV targets and, where appropriate, joint business plans
  • development of opportunities that involve leading large & nominated bids as a project through contracting & into delivery handover
  • co-ordination of internal teams to support the GTM (marketing, GPG, Commercial etc)
  • SKILLS REQUIRED

    ·Excellent understanding the SI market

    ·Substantial SI experience with a proven track record in the Eu SI business.

    ·Ability to pro-actively create proposition and sell to and through the Company’s SI base

    ·Ability to lead to SI request for information or quotation

    ·Assertive and tactful in motivating other members of the Company team to produce & present a successful & relevant proposition.

    ·Experience to deal with complex business relationships & manage multiple resources to deliver a strong, winning case to a prospective deal

    ·Previous experience/knowledge of using ‘Challenger’ selling techniques will be a distinct benefit
