Process and Quality Improvement Manager

Based in Liverpool City Centre

This is a full time permanent position

For more than 30 years our client has offered global innovative services for companies in more than 30 languages with 7,500 associates across 25 locations. Our client has evolved over the past few decades into a successful international provider of Business Process Outsourcing.

The role:

?A key member of the Senior Management Team working to be a business champion for Process Improvement and Quality Standards

?Develop and implement an effective Quality Management plan

?Change champion within the business fostering a healthy culture embracing the new

?Use analytics to understand opportunities for process improvements and measure progress

?Coach others on utilisation of continuous improvement techniques

?Co-operation with international quality management and Continuous Improvement Process team

Applicants must:

?Be an experienced Process Improvement professional with Six Sigma (or similar) Qualifications and practical experience

?Hold QMM and process improvement qualifications

?Have excellent analytical skills, a methodical approach to work as well as attention to detail to improve quality and efficiency

?Strong Project Management Skills – able to ensure complex deliverables are achieved on time on budget and meet quality expectations

?You are commercially strong and can write a compelling business case to support your recommendations for improvement

?Be able to achieve results when working under pressure.

?Strong Communicator comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and customers alike

?Have an innovative hands-on mentality whilst being able to flexibly adapt to changing priorities

?Strong IT Skills

?Auditing experience would be a distinct advantage

?Valid passport and current driving license

?National and International travel when required

Ideally but NOT essential applicants will have:

Experience of working within a Service Industry such as Business Process Outsourcing

37.50 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

Salary £35,000.00 to £40,000.00 plus bonus and benefits

Whats on offer?

Bonus – 8% based on personal performance and 4% based on company performance (both paid annually)

25 days AL, plus bank holidays (additional 3 days after 5 years’ service)
