Are you looking for a new challenge? My client offer a range of services from internal and external cleaning to ground maintenance and rope access work and they are looking to expand their Accounts team and welcome an experienced Accounts Assistant.
This is a really exciting time to be joining my client as the business is fast growing and they are looking for somebody who wants to develop with them. The ideal Accounts Assistant will have at least 1 years experience within a similar role and able to pick things up very quickly. A vast knowledge of SAGE will be advantageous.
Accounts Assistants duties and responsibilities will be:
- Valuing work from job sheets for a varied range of customers
- Raising sales invoices
- credit control
- Raising credit notes
- Producing aged debt reports
- Issuing customer statements
- Invoice query resolution
- Maintaining and updating pricing/work schedules
The experienced Accounts Assistant will have:
- 1 years experience working within a high volume invoicing environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working within a fast paced environment and able to work under pressure
- A good knowledge of Sage 50 accounts
- Excellent IT skills
