Your new role
As the Data & Insights Analyst, you must be a highly analytical, personable, communicative and have a proven track record for delivering actionable insight. You will be working in a challenging and dynamic environment where your analysis will facilitate key business decisions and influence marketing and segmentation strategies. You will enjoy centralising interactions from different sources: internal and external data sets (digital engagement, surveys, profiling information, etc.). You will be experienced in analysing customer purchasing behaviour and translating data into insights that resonate with senior stakeholders across the business. This role is one that will evolve over time, and potentially will go down a data science and predictive analytics route.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be commercially minded and have experience with Excel and ideally SQL. You will be able to analyse data competently, providing insights and recommendations to the wider team. Experience in managing data and statistical analysis and tools such as R, Python, SPSS, possibly at University would be beneficial for this role. An understanding of BI platforms is also desirable.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of between £25,000 and £30,000, as well as other benefits which can be discussed upon application.
