RECRUITMENT BUSINESS MANAGER

A full time Business Manager job, Edinburgh, OTE £40k - £45k, managing the full recruitment process, sector growth stratagies, training & mentoring, working 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Your new role

As a Recruitment Business Manager with Hays, you will take on people management responsibility immediately, and will manage the recruitment process for some of our most high profile clients in the local market. You will lead from the front, helping to train and mentor less experienced team members and recruiting to grow the team over the next 6-12 months.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record of success in previous employment management and will thrive working in our high performance, corporate sales environment. You will demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and showcase your enthusiasm, drive and love for sales. The ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates is an essential part of this role, as well as building strong business relationships. You will be ambitious and hungry to develop a rewarding career with Hays by demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have excellent attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results. MUST HOLD A FULL MANUAL UK DRIVING LICENCE.
