Reporting to the Finance Director of a rapidly growing Advertising company in Central London, the Statutory Reporting & Compliance Manager will be responsible for all UK and International external reporting ensuring all entities are compliant and local filing requirements are met by due dates. 

Responsibities will include: 

Ownership of compliance across all International locations covering statutory reporting, tax returns (direct and indirect), employee benefit reporting, stock based compensation reporting, payroll reporting, and any other statutory requirements in the various International jurisdictions The Trade Desk operates in.

Prepare and coordinate the information needed by local compliance providers to produce required filings

Review all filings for obvious errors, Group reporting consistency, and co-ordinate all Group reviews by key stakeholders (Finance, Tax and Legal)

Be the main point of contact with External Auditors ensuring their questions are answered or information requests are addressed in a timely manner

Address and resolve all queries on statutory financial reporting and corporate tax returns

Produce reconciliations between US GAAP and local GAAP statutory reporting

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure process are implemented to streamline external reporting

Provide technical accounting advice to support the monthly accounting close

Support and provide cover for the US and APAC internal accounting teams as and when required

Assist in establishing, and ensure all post incorporation registrations are completed for new international entities

Essential Requirements

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) from a top 10 accounting firm with at least 2 years’ commercial experience

Strong understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP

Strong technical background with Audit, Statutory reporting, and Corporate Tax

Ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining attention to detail and effective controls

Established record in managing multiple and competing priorities

Proven communication, negotiation and influencing skills in working with multiple stakeholders both internal and external
