We are looking for a motivated passionate Chef de Partie with an eye for detail to join our team. Accommodation available in a private apartment. We are a 2AA rosette fine dinning restaurant, in a 4 star Country House Hotel, with a driven and passionate team looking for our 3rd rosette and more! Candidate Role: ·Assist in all aspects of running of the kitchen ·Work with the team to develop the overall running of the kitchen ·Assume responsibility in the head chef’s absence throughout the kitchen ·Maintain strict health, safety and hygiene protocols ·Ensure precision in your work ·Be hands on and quality focused in daily food prep and during service ·To produce and deliver high quality food, in accordance to the standards agreed. ·To assist the Head Chef by being creative, flexible and proactive in reviewing menu content and product standards. .Must have experience in fine dining with Michelin/Rosette background ·Great team player ·Passionate and enthusiastic, with a desire to succeed ·Have a meticulous eye for detail ·Excellent communication skills are essential ·Liaise with senior management on all matters regarding food service and maintaining standards ·Develop junior members of the team If you're looking to take the next step in your career this could be just the role for you!
