Temporary - 12 months (Maternity cover), Full Time (37.5 hours per week)

About the role

We are looking for a brilliant individual to lead the design of a profitable, high quality and distinctive learning disabilities service offer for Home Group.Working to our new Head of Clinical Practice this is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead the implementation planning of our new learning disabilities business and to transition this into operational delivery.You will ensure transition plans are in place to retain and develop our current learning disability business as well as adopting new service models in line with the NHS 5 year Forward View.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for someone with strong experience of leading learning disability services in a complex environment. You will be an excellent negotiator and influencer with a great knowledge of learning disabilities best practice including digital solutions to support independence. You will also have experience of delivering integrated services to promote recovery and independence and of clinical/alternative interventions to support customers with learning disabilities. 

Together with a collaborative and proactive approach you will be committed to the delivery of new business growth in Learning Disability services in line with Home Group’s new strategy.
