An exciting opportunity for Customer Service Specialist

Your new role
Our client is a growing company in the automotive industry supplying a software. The are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can join their Customer Service team.

  • Answer all incoming calls and deal with queries, first line support
  • Account Manage
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism
  • Update information on the system
  • Liaise with the sales team
  • Deal with a variation of customers
  • Provide support internally and externally
  • Communicate with internal departments
  • Escalate issues when required

What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will need:

  • Good communication
  • Highly organised
  • 1-2 years in similar role
  • Automotive experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Customer focus experience
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good communication
  • Experience within software (desirable but not essential)
