Sales Account Manager – Luxury Fragrance & Bodycare

Office Based – W1

·£30-35k per annum (dependent on experience)

·Performance related bonus

·Monthly team breakfast

·Team activity once a month

·Early finish Friday’s each month after team Fish and Chips (4pm)

·Quarterly product allowance of £150 RRP

A dynamic Sales Manager is required to immerse themselves in a beautiful luxury fragrance and body care brand by sharing its unique natural and scientific properties with the UK’s leading retailers.

Reporting to and working directly with the brand Founder who is a true ambassador for this beautiful range, you will have the chance to be an integral part of the business giving you the chance to participate in shaping the business and making a significant difference.

This is a unique opportunity to join a small but fast-growing company already working with high profile retailers including Harvey Nichols.


•Strategic development and management of existing accounts, stock levels and activations

•Hosting events to promote the brand ensuring strong visual merchandising presence

•Meet Sales targets and strive to exceed these by maximising and creating opportunities

•Research, qualify, present and win new business in line with the company brand standards

•Consistently develop a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competition

•Represent the brand at trade shows, industry, set or hosted events to the highest level

•Build strong professional relationships with existing and potential retail partners

•Train all accounts in product, sales and technical brand knowledge where necessary

•Analyse, prepare reports and present sales results at sales meetings

•Performance analysis, to leverage sales and profitability vs budget and targets

·IT literate with commercial analytical skills and a strong customer focus
