My client is an award-winning software and cloud-based technology company that is rapidly expanding due the popularity of their bespoke software solutions. They are now looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team based in Peterborough.
Role responsibilities:·Contacting clients through outbound calling to renew and/or upgrade their current orders/contracts·Promoting products by suggesting related products; offering quantity discounts or special promotions·Working to targets both individually and collectively as a team·Preparing quotations and following up quotes and enquiries·Recording customer information by obtaining and entering required data·Making sure data is complete, accurate and up to date·Maintaining quality service by following organisation standards·Maintaining technical knowledge by participating in training sessions and reviewing publications·Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
·Previous experience within a similar role utilising both your sales and customer service skills
