Deputy Manager- Health and Social Care Recruitment
Basic salary up to £20,000 OTE up to £40,000 DOE.Harrison Sands are now recruiting for a national brand with an excellent reputation as a staffing provider within the health and social care sectors. We are looking for a Deputy Manager to act as a team leader for a team of Recruitment Consultants and Compliance staff supplying into the private social care, nursing and complex care sectors.Our client already have a very established client base in St Asaph, their current team of consultants are already very sucessful but due to branch development, the Branch Manager requires additional support at Management level. The core responsibilities of the Deputy Manager will be standing in for the Branch Manager if they are working at other sites, operationally managing the workload and day to day activity of the Recruitment Consultants and Compliance staff and also acting as a billing manager, dealing with clients and placing more senior level candidates within a social care setting.Applicants need to have experience of supervising staff or team leadership, either within their recruitment career or from a prior job. You must have experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant within Health, Social Care or Nursing sectors, and have an understanding of the complexities of operating in a compliance driven temps sector.Our client can offer a basic salary of up to £20,000 dependant on your experience plus an OTE of £40,000 and the chance to work in a highly successful branch with great development potential for you.
