We have an exciting new role for a Sales Administrator paying up to £17,000, to work for a retail bank based in Kent. The role will be providing operational support to Sales Director, Head of Sales and intermediary sales team. You will also be supporting the due diligence process for intermediary relationships (Firms & Individual), as well as supporting the development of broker product transfer business volumes

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Administrator

  • Support the payment of all procuration fees, ensuring correct payments are made on time and supporting by accurate completion statements and internal MI
  • Support the due diligence process for the Bank's intermediary relationships, both at initial/set up stage and on an ongoing basis in line with documented procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain supporting evidence of the Bank's due diligence activities and provide access to internal departments (e.g. Audit) as required
  • Maintain a calendar of all intermediary events and liaise with the relevant NAM/BDM to identify required logistical support including the provision and dispatch of stands and marketing materials
  • Maintain accurate records on marketing material stock levels, order volumes and wastage in order to minimise costs
  • Ensure the Bank's introducer panel is kept accurate and up-to-date, including oversight of the 6-monthly panel cleanse exercise
  • Establish robust controls to ensure broker records held on DPR are accurate and reflect their current regulatory status
  • Check AIP submission routes daily to ensure valid submission route selected, maintain records to facilitate trend analysis and referral to relevant BDM
  • Maintain accurate records on the Bank's National Account relationships

Experience required for the role of Sales Administrator

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role is essential
  • Experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential
  • Knowledge of the mortgage market (regulations) and mortgage distribution routes is desirable
  • GCSE's in both English and Maths

Salary: Between £15,000-17,000 with extensive benefits and bonus
