A great opportunity to join an expanding CRM team where you will have responsibility for the Global customer communication strategy, creating seamless customer experiences through email and other consumer touch points.

With two direct reports, you will work as a team to ensure both off line and online strategies are aligned and met. Customer lifetime value and retention will be at the forefront of all decision making.

Overall, you will manage customer journey across all touch points, including site personalisation, customer preferences, email, SMS, automated campaigns and re targeting

Please apply if you have solid CRM experience, offline and online, worked with ESP tools, preferably Salesforce and Exact target and good understanding of HTML

Proven track record of delivering strong acquisition, retention and commercial targets
