Regional Personnel Manager
A nationwide hospitality company are currently looking for a Regional Personnel Manager to join their team.
You will be providing support to all sites in the Bristol areas to ensure that all company policies and procedures are consistently applied and matters are dealt with effectively. You will also be supporting the implementation of training and recruitment initiatives and when required will be delivering one-on-one coaching and group training sessions. You will also be involved with the case management of complex ER cases
The ideal candidate will be personable, business savvy and self-motivated. You will need to be CIPD qualified and hold a current driving licence. Although the role is home based you will have daily regional responsibilities which will require you to travel regularly and occasionally spend nights away from home.
