Perfectly set back in the Staffordshire countryside, our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or an exceptional Chef De Partie looking to step up. The menu is varied but focuses on the best of British and uses local fresh ingredients. The job role includes taking charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head chef and is savvy on all kitchen paper work. The company deals with weddings and banquets throughout the year and offers guests a real bespoke service to their individual needs. Due to the rural location, your own transport will be required. The company fully believe in investing in their staff and regularly undergo extra training. The hotel themselves have won many awards and with the addition of exceptional staff will continue to go from strength to strength.
