My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team based in London. Working for a leading contract caterer, this site caters for both staff and hospitality/fine dining as well as for a small, busy coffee shop. As the Chef de Partie, you will be part of a small team and work all sections of the kitchen including hospitality/fine dining. The hospitality side produces buffets, fine dining sit down meals and canapés and experience within fine dining would be advantageous.

As a candidate, you will
- be at Chef de Partie level with a minimum of 2 years experience
- ideally have worked within hospitality or fine dining
- have relevant qualifications and an up to date food hygiene certificate
- be able to produced fine dining food with a good eye for presentation
- be able to work in a small team and communicate effectively
- be flexible, willing and adaptable
