Bi-Lingual Service Desk Analyst (French)
Our client is looking for a French speaking first line helpdesk support person to join them on a temporary basis for 6 months initially.
You will be working as part of the Desktop Support team to deliver customer-focused assistance across the business. The role will involve being the first point of contact for all desktop related issues for office based and remote business users, dealing with incidents, queries and requests.
All calls are logged and there is a ticketing system in place so where possible you will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. There will be both software and hardware queries and there are procedures in place that need to be followed to ensure there is consistency in the handling of these calls.
Previous experience in a helpdesk support role is essential as you will be expected to hit the ground running. Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise the urgency of the call is critical.
