Service Delivery Lead - Marketing Technology Agency - Central London

£30,000 - £35,000

Service Delivery Lead vacancy for a marketing technology agency based in Central London, with over 1200 employees worldwide. You will take a lead role in the customer service function of the business, ensuring that client enquiries are resolved effectively. Great opportunity for an experienced application support specialise to progress towards a leadership role.

As the service delivery lead your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Provide application support to clients who utilise the organisation's technology
  • Monitor and log incoming service requests and incidents
  • First line investigation and diagnosis, escalating to 2nd and 3rd line support if necessary
  • Definition, implementation, monitoring and review of SLAs and KPIs
  • Major Incident Handling event participation
  • Ensure that excellent customer service is provided. You will directly build relationships with clients, work closely with your colleagues in the client account teams and contribute to the Customer Success Continuous Improvement Programme

In order to be successful in your service delivery lead application I am looking for the following experience:

  • Professional experience in IT service delivery, specifically within application support
  • Degree qualified in IT, computer science or similar
  • Success in driving continuous service improvement programmes
  • Ideally previous work within a digital agency or similar client-based environment
  • Understanding of application integration and testing
  • Knowledge of transcoding, media types and file formats
