Cherry Professional are actively recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a manufacturing company in Coalville covering a 12 month maternity cover. You will join an incredibly supportive team who promote work life balance, this role will work alonside the Project Accountant to assist with day to day administrative detail.

Responsibilities include:

Update labour schedules in Microsoft Excel
Reconcile purchase orders to supplier invoices
Reconcile timesheets to supplier invoices
Inputting journals
Assisting on multiple projects
Analyse monthly sales and costs
General ad hoc office tasks

Key skills:

Prior experience in an Accounting role
Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables
Able to work from initiative
Able to multi task
Strong interpersonal skills
Attention to detail

The ideal candidate will be able to work across 4 days for a total of 24 hours.
