As part of the insurance claims team within Carillion Advice Services you will assist the Insurance Manager and other members of the team in providing professional advice and guidance in relation to insurance claims, predominantly Employer’s and Public Liability claims.
There will also be an element of dealing with Carillion’s insurers, brokers its panel solicitors.
You will be the day to day contact point for business units within your work allocation for all claims related insurance matters.Additional Role Information
The successful individual will be required to work in an in-house insurance claims handling environment and must have the following credientials:
Legal degree and/or insurance related claims handling experience
Strong team working skills
Excellent communication skills
has a flexible approach to working hours and has the ability to work offsite where required
excellent attention to detail
has a ‘can-do’ attitude
proficient with Microsoft office
has a proactive attitude and good organisational skills
proficient in following rules and procedures
