This company is seeking an enthusiastic Technical Account Manager (TAM) to deliver technical enablement to their partner base using its products and services. TAM's are also responsible for assisting new partner acquisition; product evaluation and education, accounting planning and growth.

Based in their Bracknell office the technical account manager is an outward-facing expert on their products ensuring partner satisfaction. They play an integral role in helping to drive the revenue growth of the company and to help their partners to grow their business through the use of their solutions by:

- Assisting with partner acquisition and development.
- Acting as the partners' advocate to communicate feedback/issues to the company
- Conducting training sessions with individuals and groups both in-person and online
- Introduce / upsell new products and services to new and existing partners
- Track daily activity in the company CRM application (SalesForce)
- Increase the use of the company's solutions and partner revenue

Qualifications

- Strong technical experience (RMM / BDR markets an advantage)
- Experience working in a partner channel / IT Solutions provider (MSP)
- Customer facing, verbal and written communications skills
- Experience and success in selling in a business to business software sales environment
- High Energy individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- SMB Market knowledge

Requirements

- Experience in a technical account management position
- Technical Aptitude in Server & Network Monitoring, Desktop Maintenance activities (no hands on requirement)
- Demonstrates ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and business owners
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Takes ownership of escalations & account management
- Some travel (UK, Europe & Americas)
- Experience within the RMM environment is beneficial (exposure to Labtech, Kaseya, LogicNow, AEM)
- Experience within a Backup & Disaster Recovery (BDR) reseller environment is beneficial (exposure to Datto, Storage Craft, Veeam, Symantec, Barracuda)
