Global Communications & Marketing Manager
£35,000 - 40,000pa
Based near London - A full time role, working partly from home with 2/3 days in an office environment in Tunbridge Wells, including occasional travel of 3/4 day trips.

The role:

- Internet Marketing: Continue to harness this essential channel to create awareness, build knowledge of their capabilities with clients and prospects, support sales to these targets as well as providing a 2-way communication channel with them where relevant.
- Collateral and Communications: Manage the development of a range of hard/soft copy materials and communications to proactively promote specific offerings, support client relationship management and sales.
- Event Management: Develop and manage initiated client/PR events. Evaluate third party event opportunities to recommend an appropriate presence and how to get highest ROI for agreed investment.
- Media Relations: Work with relevant Media/PR agency or contacts to identify and package content to build their external visibility through the promotion of the company overall and specific capabilities or services as part of an integrated marketing campaign. Position CEO as a thought leader.
- Specific campaigns: Where relevant, build and manage campaigns to support market and business development for specific products or offerings through successfully managing the right channel mix and messaging for greatest impact.
- Opportunity and Client-centric Marketing: Support the CEO and Account managers to proactively plan and target existing clients or prospects with tailored campaigns.
- Partner Marketing: Serve as the go-to person for partners and clients where joint promotional activities are relevant and support business objectives.

Successful candidate will have the following experience:

- Integrated marketing and communications skills
- Proven ability and experience to create the right mix of marketing activities
- Understanding of professionally managed rental properties and the broader corporate and holiday rental market.
- Proven supplier management.
- Proven ability to manage to budget.
- Degree level education, ideally with a formal business/marketing/communications/media qualification.
- Extensive Marketing experience in an international B2B and B2C environment, ideally in the travel or property sectors.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactivity, drive, energy and enthusiasm.
- Goal oriented, business-focused, pragmatic, can-do attitude and solution seeker.
- Creativity.
