My Client, a leading UK supplier of Superfoods, is looking for an Account Manager to join their ever expanding business.

Established 8 years ago, this company has grown to become of one the leading suppliers of superfoods to various markets across the UK and Europe.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for creating new business for the company, as well as managing existing accounts.
This role requires previous sales experience and someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone and call prospective clients.

A Customer Account Manager must know how their client's money is spent, and what service they are receiving. They send documents, information sheets, articles and samples to reassure the customer.

Main Duties:
1. Utilise, review and update the client database
2. Understanding customers' needs
3. Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
4. Meeting sales targets
5. Provide support and reassurance to customers
6. Analyse sales data
7. Increase the company's sales profits
8. Provide strategies and estimates for the company
9. Prepare and distribute information from the company to clients
10. Respond to client communications or queries and resolve any client issues
11. Network with business partners and/or distributors
12. Provide good quality control of processes and procedures
13. Represent business on Trade Shows and Events where applicable
