My client, a leading, commercially focused Not For Profit Group based in central London who has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Risk and Corporate Reporting Manager to join their senior management team during a business wide, transformation project. This unique post, embedded in finance yet operating right across the business yields an opportunity to make instrumental changes directly affecting the functionality of corporate reporting.

This is an exciting and challenging role working with senior staff to ensure that corporate performance is really well reported to the Senior Management Team and the Board, enabling the organisation to be managed nimbly and effectively. It covers the full cycle of corporate performance management - from business planning to integrated performance and risk reporting. You will also be instrumental in managing the outsourced Internal Audit function so that it works effectively to support senior management.

The successful candidate will be an experienced and skilled leader with a broad expertise in multi-functional reporting. You will be able to demonstrate strong competences around business reporting and risk management; developing new procedure and frameworks; compiling reports and building relationships with senior management and budget holders. A demonstrable understanding of risk management frameworks and the production of performance reports is crucial in being considered for this opportunity. To succeed in this role you must be a strong communicator with the ability to build report with professionals at all levels and adopt your work with a business partnering type approach.
