We’re looking for the very best in customer service, therefore we refer to your role as a Customer Experience Manager, as that’s what it’s all about; the experience. Making sure our customers have the best experience in our shops (yes, that’s all 2,400) is a real team effort and as a member of the shop management team, you’ll be a key part in this.
Our customer’s expect great service and a warm welcome, whether they’re placing a bet or have just come in for a chat and a coffee. Making them feel at home in one of our 2,400 shops on the high street is about providing a friendly face, as well as being passionate about our great range of betting products.
It’s a really fun, vibrant environment and there’s lots of variety. You’ll work hard, sharing your knowledge with customers and keeping the shop clean, tidy and inviting. You’ll need to work well in a team or on your own, and be happy taking on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the shop.
As Customer Experience Manager, it’s your job to lead from the front, ensuring that your Customer Experience Assistants create the right environment for both customers and colleagues and that they exceed their performance targets. Your role will involve coaching, developing and managing a team of Customer Experience Assistants- making sure each individual meets their full potential and driving the business forward.
