What will I be doing..

Promoting our expertise and industry thought leadership is fundamental to our new business strategy. We do this through a mixture of different profile-building channels; trade media relations, blogs, webinars, email, social media and more.

There are bucket-loads of industry expertise and experience within our business, and we need a content writer and marketing executive to help us package it up as compelling editorial and tell stories that showcase us to the outside world.

Reporting in to the Social Media and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
*Researching a wide range of learning related topics and creating engaging editorial copy that targets Senior B2B prospects to post across articles, blogs, thought pieces, emails etc
*Managing the creation of the content marketing schedule, creating exciting pieces every time
*Identifying the key challenges of our target audience and creating innovative ways to use this in your copy
*Designing and developing social media and email marketing strategies to drive engagement
*Managing the response and engagement to your copy to then feed into our new business pipeline

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious wordsmith to become our go-to copy person, to help us develop the voice of our brand and build their B2B marketing knowhow.

What will I need?

Do you consider copywriting and content generation to be one of your key strengths? Are you an excellent communicator who is able to successfully build relationships with senior stakeholders? If so, and you tick the boxes below, we'd love to hear from you.
*Excellent copywriting and editing skills in order to create and provide tailored thought leadership articles in a B2B context, that will lead to increased readership and engagement. Therefore, writing in a B2B context that captures the interest of senior leaders is essential
*Strong researching and analytical skills
*Strong verbal communication skills. You will need the ability and confidence to converse with Senior Internal Stakeholders
*The ability to quickly learn about new subject areas and write content on these subjects
*The ability to quickly understand customers' challenges and identify solutions
*Excellent organisation skills, often working to tight deadlines on a number of activities
*A bright, intelligent and engaging approach to your work

You are likely to have experience in a similar role, and be a graduate/of graduate calibre with a very strong interest in Learning, Leadership and Management, and Personal Development.
