A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a City based financial institution for a well educated Administrator to join a busy HR team. Working within a small and friendly team you will be responsible for a varied workload which will include the following;

- Ensure the employees files and HR filing systems are up to date and maintained
- New Joiner Process - prepare induction packs and add new joiners to relevant systems.
- Leavers Process - produce leaver letters, organise exit interviews, update relevant systems
- Maintaining accurate records including organisation charts
- Handling mail, booking HR meeting rooms
- Process all pre-employment checks
- General Admin - filing, photocopying etc.
- Working on ad hoc projects as required

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have a genuine interest in a career in HR and be educated to degree level, or equivalent. The successful candidate will also be a confident, articulate individual with first class written and spoken English and a positive, 'can do' attitude.
