LYD Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join one of their leading clients in Facilities Management. Based out of Glasgow, the Project Manager will lead all CapEx and Lifecycle works for M&E packages on a newly won contract across the UK. The Project Manager will be responsible for project delivery from inception to completion – including financial, health and safety, and risk management across the projects. Your main duties will include:
·Involved from briefing stage with client and contractors to develop scope of works, budgets, and execute project plans.
·Ensuring the timely completion of all works within the agreed SLAs.
·Ensuring compliance is met with all aspects of Health & Safety regulations.
·Manage direct labour force and any subcontractors on site.
·Liaise with the commercial team to ensure that works are carried out in line with budget expectations.
·Responsible for projects to the value of circa. £35M per year.
·Weekly reporting and updates to Operations Director.
The successful candidate must have:
·Degree qualified within a relevant discipline.
·A proven track record in a Project Management position.
·Previous experience that can be demonstrated within a Facilities Management, Refurbishment or Fit-out environment.
·Strong client and customer focus.
·Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
·Full UK Driving Licence.
The package on offer:
·£45,000 - £50,000 per annum
