We extend this way of operating to all our members, merchants and partners as one of our core values.The Role The projects team at TopCashback liaises with the IT department to build new applications/ implement any improvements or changes for our internal business needs. You will be part of a highly dynamic project team that is passionate, wants to deliver and is the focal point for all communication on the project. This role is a 12 months contract to start with and has a high chance of becoming permanent due to the growing nature of the business. Key ResponsibilitiesWorking with a growing development team, you will act as the focal point for all communication on critical issues and change requests.Collating relevant information to put together task specifications.Co-ordinating urgent and critical system failures to ensure a resolution is found swiftly.Co-ordinating all change requests from the Operational teams, focussing on iterative progress.Assessing change requests for feasibility/viability, in conjunction with the technical team and the senior business stakeholders.Ensuring any requests for change fit with the overall business outlook and are going to bring an added benefit once complete.Define and manage the backlog of change requests.
