Harvey McQueen are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for someone to join one of our clients. Our client is a busy Construction Company who carry out building contracts for fire and flood damaged properties following an insurance claim.
This is a very interesting and fulfilling role for the right candidate. We are looking for a self-driven, confident case manager to work within a busy office in a high pressure environment. Occasional site visits will also be carried out.
You will be required to manage a case load of buildings claims efficiently and proactively in line with client requirements.
This will include creating all paperwork relating to the file, applying for variations to the contract as necessary, liaising with surveyors, clients and subcontractors over the telephone, in email, writing and face to face, making sure the contract runs to schedule and on occasion ordering materials.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE….
You must have:·A Sound working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications·Excellent communication skills·Good attention to detail·A proactive attitude ·A desire to progress
A prior knowledge of the construction industry or materials would be an advantage as would a clean driving licence as you may be required for site visits.
Salary £20,000 with progressive annual salary reviews
